Fill out Registration Form above and click Submit Registration. Then Click on the Donate Button and submit payment for the number of leaves you are purchasing ($100 per leaf). You will receive an email that your registration was received.
If you prefer to donate with cash or a check you can do so at the library and then email the registration form to: parklandfriends@gmail.com.
